Principal, Product Strategy and Business Operations - Enterprise

Job Description: Atlassian is seeking a Principal Strategy and Business Operations who will partner directly with leaders in our Enterprise Foundations organization.
You are a good fit if you are driven, highly organized, analytical and have strong business acumen. At Atlassian, the Strategy & Business Operations team is a high impact team that works closely with business leaders across the company. Our team takes a lead role in driving strategy, growth, and business operations.
In This Role, You'll Get To Partner directly with product, go-to-market, analytics and finance teams to help prioritize product roadmaps, deliver strategic recommendations and analyses, and develop product strategies that drive growth for the business.
Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making and help inform business decisions through financial & analytical modeling, research and insights.
Define appropriate goals/OKRs to track progress against strategic objectives.
Keep a tight pulse on business performance and reporting, including "quarterbacking" a cross-functional team to diagnose problems when they occur.
Qualifications
Compensation: Compensation is competitive and determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
- Zone A: $183,600 - $239,700
- Zone B: $165,200 - $215,730
- Zone C: $152,300 - $198,951
Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling and building revenue and cost drivers. Be intellectually curious and genuinely excited about technology.
It's Great, But Not Required: Have 10+ years experience in high growth software / tech industry in BizOps and / or consulting, investment banking roles. Contribute to executive level decision making, including articulately presenting and debating recommendations. Be a self-starter and drive work from idea to analysis, recommendation and, at times, to implementation. Enjoy working with numbers and both understand the details and see / communicate the bigger picture. Break down complex problems and take a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving. Be comfortable with ambiguity and bring a structured approach to decision-making.
