Principal Product Marketing Manager, Atlas

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Atlas to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a new product in a fast-moving AI-driven market. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Demand Generation, and Content teams to turn customer insight into clear market narratives and effective launch plans. The ideal candidate will help define category direction, influence product decisions, and build the operating rhythm needed to scale product marketing in an ambiguous environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for the product, adapting the narrative as the market evolves
• Conduct primary research and analysis to better understand the buyer and customer needs
• Develop the go-to-market motion, including strategy, pricing, and supporting assets
• Translate buyer signals and market feedback for Product and Engineering teams
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams to build a demand engine
• Establish AI-native processes within the product marketing function and scale team operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B tech, SaaS preferred
• Exceptional positioning, writing, and storytelling skills
• Demonstrated experience launching new products or creating new categories
• Deep fluency with AI products and the AI-forward buyer
• Comfort operating independently in ambiguous situations
• Experience influencing product direction with executive stakeholders
• Ability to navigate both strategy and detailed execution effectively
• Energy for undefined territory and complex challenges

Pay

Compensation: $180,000 – $210,000 annually
