Principal Product Manager, WWRR Supply Chain

About the role

This role sits within Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR) organization, an agile, innovative team dedicated to achieving zero cost of returns, zero defects, and zero waste across the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for tooling that manages, monitors, measures, and de-risks the full launch surface.
• Build a real-time signal database that proactively builds on and drives upcoming Next Generation Return Center (NGRC) launch management and other retrofit programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $161,900.00 - $219,000.00 USD annually.
