You will operate at the cutting edge of technology and creativity, setting the vision for what’s next in entertainment media and directly powering the next generation of storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Set the vision for modernizing and unifying core systems, identify high‑impact innovation opportunities, and drive a multi‑year product roadmap that advances technical capabilities across the organization.
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for critical technology platforms and features—from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration—ensuring measurable user and business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior product and engineering leadership to define and evolve foundational platforms and tools that power business operations and creative workflows at scale.
  • Provide data‑driven product insights and strategic recommendations that influence technology investments, operational priorities, and short‑ to long‑term planning.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build deep partnerships with agents, executives, operations, and engineering to surface needs, align priorities, and champion a client‑ and creator‑centric product approach.
  • Lead high‑impact client demos and internal walkthroughs to align stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine product direction, functionality, and user experience.
  • Guide UX/UI teams in translating complex business and creative requirements into clear product flows, detailed specifications, and intuitive end‑to‑end experiences.
  • Execution & Delivery: Define and maintain epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives, enabling effective agile execution and clear alignment across engineering and design teams.
  • Own product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs, using analytics, qualitative feedback, and business context to drive prioritization and informed trade‑offs.
  • Orchestrate cross‑team execution for major releases, managing dependencies and risks to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and at a high quality bar.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback at scale, overseeing bug triage, enhancements, and experiments (including A/B tests) to drive continuous optimization.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Serve as the primary voice for your products in cross‑functional and executive forums, clearly communicating priorities, strategy, trade‑offs, and progress.
  • Mentor and elevate other product managers, helping to establish best practices, refine processes, and strengthen a culture of product excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including primary ownership of complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading products in two or more areas such as CRM, influencer marketing platforms, creator tools/software, AI models, or related software industries (preferred).
  • Deep experience with data models, APIs, and integration patterns, and a proven ability to partner closely with engineering on technical design and trade‑off decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile product management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong command of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience guiding teams through agile planning and execution.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and technologies used in day‑to‑day operations.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated success driving high‑impact initiatives in evolving or rapidly scaling organizations, including leading teams through ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills, with a history of using data and insights to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

  • Access to tools, leadership, and resources needed to create and drive a center of excellence.
  • Potential to do the best work of your career.
  • Inclusive and diverse company culture.
