About the role

As a Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold's mission of "the right career for everyone in the world."

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold's position in the talent intelligence space.
• Leverage deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges and build AI-driven products that transform how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent.
• Work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold's world-class AI models.
• Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey.
• Define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold's mission of "the right career for everyone in the world."
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience in Product Management
• Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning
• A passion for Eightfold's vision: The right career for everyone in the world.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay

Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location. Zone A: Base annual salary range: USD $181,000 to $290,000

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold: At Eightfold, we believe our best work happens when we collaborate closely, learn from one another, and build together. We follow a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution. Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week.
