About the Product

The rules of building software have changed. What used to take a large team many months can now be built by a small, focused team in a fraction of the time. AI has collapsed the cost and time of software creation by an order of magnitude — and this shift is here now. Eightfold has an opportunity to help every customer reimagine their talent tech stack. We have deep domain expertise, world-class data infrastructure, and new internal capabilities that turn product vision into working software in days, not quarters.

We’re extending the platform into new areas and giving customers far more control over how they build on top of it. Workflows become customizable. APIs become headless. Customers can shape the product around their organization, wire it into their own systems and agents, and treat the platform as a foundation rather than a fixed box.

About the Role

As a Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold’s mission of “the right career for everyone in the world.”

This role requires strong strategic thinking, customer empathy, and a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS dynamics. You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold’s position in the talent intelligence space. You’ll work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models — leveraging deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience in Product Management
• Demonstrated bias to action and an aptitude for rapid learning

• Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

At Eightfold, we follow a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration to foster innovation, culture, and rapid execution. Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week.

This role is available in our designated hub locations: Greater NYC, NY; Greater Chicago, IL; Greater Atlanta, GA; and Santa Clara, CA. All roles are hybrid.

Pay

The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package, as this role may be eligible for bonuses or commissions and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
