Principal Product Manager, Payments
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: About the role (the paragraph after "About The Role"), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Qualifications (Key Qualifications), Benefits, Pay (Compensation). Possibly also "Schedule" not present, so omit. Also maybe "Skills" not separate; qualifications cover.
We need to preserve all substantive info: The description about Flex, mission, etc. Should we include that? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The intro paragraph about Flex is substantive. Should we include it? It's before About The Role. It could be part of a general description; but we have no heading for that. Could we put it in a
before first heading? The instruction: "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." It didn't forbid having a leading paragraph. So we can include a
with the intro about Flex. Then headings.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The "Life at Flex" section includes some culture info; is that substantive? It mentions HQ location, offices, hybrid, relocation assistance. That's substantive. Could be included maybe under a heading "About Flex" but we already have About the role. Could we create a section "About Flex"? Not in allowed headings list? The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. The "Life at Flex" could go under Benefits? Not exactly. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit it, we lose info. Perhaps we can incorporate it into Benefits or About the role? The "Life at Flex" includes info about offices, hybrid, relocation assistance. Could be considered part of Benefits? Not really. Could be part of "About the role"? Not ideal. Maybe we can create a section "About Flex" but not in list; risk of being penalized. However instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed, as long as they are . Safer to add a section "About Flex" or "Company Overview". But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Life at Flex into Benefits? Not accurate.
Maybe we can treat "Life at Flex" as part of Benefits? It includes info about offices, hybrid, relocation assistance. Not typical benefits. Could be part of "About the role"? No.
Better to add a section "Company Overview" as . The instruction didn't forbid; it just gave examples. So we can include.
We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Life at Flex" includes "We are an equal opportunity workplace." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that line. Also "We understand that it takes a diverse team..." is substantive? Might be okay but includes EEO? We'll need to filter out EEO statements. The line "we take great pride in being an equal opportunity workplace." is EEO; remove. Also "Our dynamic team has incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do," is fine.
Also "Offices Roles posted in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid positions with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in our local offices. For candidates outside of these areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program." That's schedule/location info; could go under Schedule? Not exactly but we could include under a heading "Schedule" maybe? But schedule is about work schedule; we have hybrid expectations. Could fit under Schedule. However they said only create Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state hybrid expectations. So we can create a Schedule section with that info.
Thus sections: About the role (intro paragraph about Flex mission?), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Qualifications (Key Qualifications), Benefits, Pay (Compensation), Schedule (hybrid/relocation). Also maybe Company Overview? Could incorporate the intro about Flex into About the role? Actually About the role currently is the paragraph starting "We're hiring a Principal Product Manager..." That is the role description. The earlier paragraph about Flex mission could be considered company overview; we could put that under a heading "About Flex" or just as a leading
before any heading. That seems okay.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" in Pay section? The posting says: "Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines." That's somewhat filler but it's substantive? It's a statement about approach. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we should not include a Pay section if the only content is filler like that. However they also give specific range: "Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) $248,000—$310,000 USD". That's substantive. Also mention geographic pay differential. So we have real numbers. So we can include Pay section with that info, plus note about geographic differential. Avoid the phrase "commensurate with experience" maybe we can keep it as part of description but it's not filler alone; it's part of explanation. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). It means if the section only contains that filler, don't create heading. But if we have other substantive info, it's okay to include that phrase. We'll include.
Now Benefits: list items: Competitive medical, dental, and vision; Company equity; 401(k) plan with company match; Unlimited paid time off + 13 company paid holidays; Parental leave; Free Flex subscription. For non-US: Competitive compensation + company equity; Unlimited PTO. We'll keep as list.
Responsibilities: list items from "What You’ll Do". We'll extract each bullet.
Qualifications: list items from "Key Qualifications". We'll extract each bullet.
Schedule: hybrid expectations 2-3 days per week in local offices for NYC, SF, Salt Lake City; relocation assistance for others.
Now we need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. Check for duplicates: none.
Now produce HTML.
