Principal Product Manager - OCI Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic OCI partner opportunities from identification through execution and launch.
• Serve as the primary program lead coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, sales, finance, legal, and operations teams.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and financial analyses to support investment and partnership decisions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners and customers.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track key performance indicators, revenue targets, and operational milestones.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate Generative AI or Storage capabilities into partner solutions.
• Prepare executive reviews, status updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Establish scalable processes and governance frameworks to support partnership growth.
• Negotiate priorities, resolve dependencies, and drive accountability across multiple organizations.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to OCI partnerships.

Qualifications

• A strong understanding of either Generative AI technologies or enterprise storage solutions.
• The ability to assess commercial viability, develop pricing strategies, and perform financial analysis.
• Exceptional program leadership, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple organizations while delivering measurable business results.
