Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the strategy for the credit conversion experience from start to funding
- Address complex conversion issues with a customer-centric approach
- Grow the personal loan business by optimizing the credit product portfolio
- Establish and prioritize metrics to focus on high-return opportunities
- Transform data insights into actionable decisions through aggressive segmentation
- Collaborate closely with research and marketing to enhance user experience
- Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering clarity and alignment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with B2C experience in high-scale consumer services
- Proven success in optimizing complex conversion funnels through strategy and analytics
- Strong quantitative evaluation skills for interpreting funnel data and user segmentation
- Expertise in experimental design, including A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Intuitive understanding of consumer behavior in high-stakes decisions
- Ability to navigate between high-level strategic and detailed tactical inquiries
- Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders

Pay
$187,900 – $260,000 annually
