Principal Product Manager- Conversational AI

About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a conversational agent across chat and voice
• Engage enterprise partners to shape requirements for product features
• Collaborate on implementation and onboarding with Partner Solutions
• Drive daily design efforts, creating flows and wireframes in Figma
• Build prototypes using AI tools to test conversation designs
• Define quality metrics related to conversation performance and user experience
• Iterate agent behaviors based on production data and feedback

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer-facing products
• Fluent in design tools like Figma, capable of creating flows and basic mocks
• Basic coding skills to develop prototypes without needing an engineer
• Hands-on experience in shipping web front ends and collaborating with engineers
• Deep experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on customer service and automation metrics
• Familiarity with LLM-based products and AI quality practices

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
