Principal Product Manager, Capital Platform

About the role

This role will own strategy and execution for a critical platform area that supports complex capital-related workflows across the business. You will lead cross-functional initiatives over multiple quarters, shaping scalable capabilities that can serve both current operational needs and future growth. The position requires close partnership with engineering and other product teams to define architecture, align priorities, and deliver reliable solutions in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for a significant platform problem space
• Lead cross-functional initiatives under ambiguity over multiple quarters
• Design scalable and configurable platform capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering on product architecture and system design
• Influence platform and vertical teams to align needs across products
• Leverage data and customer insights to drive product decisions
• Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade solutions meeting operational standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent in leading complex initiatives
• Proven experience at Principal or Staff-level scope
• Track record of designing and launching platforms, not just features
• Experience with complex B2B workflows, including onboarding and compliance
• Ability to thrive in regulated, high-reliability environments
• Strong technical collaboration skills with engineering teams
• Proficiency in aligning multiple teams without formal authority

Compensation: $187,900 – $260,000 annually
