Key job responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for embedding AI-powered learning capabilities into logistics tools — prioritizing based on engineering feasibility, user impact, and cross-platform dependencies
• Serve as the primary product interface between 5+ tool builder teams with independent codebases, driving convergence toward a unified teaching methodology without requiring shared infrastructure
• Negotiate platform extensibility patterns and API contracts that allow individual tool teams to implement learning features consistently while preserving their development velocity
• Partner with Science and Engineering teams to define how LLM-powered coaching, contextual guidance, and adaptive learning features get built, tested, and deployed into production
• Own the experimentation framework — define hypotheses, design A/B tests, and interpret results to determine which AI-driven interventions measurably improve learning outcomes
• Define KPIs that measure both learning effectiveness (skill acquisition, time-to-proficiency, error reduction) and product health (adoption, engagement, feature utilization)
• Align Operations, L&D, and Engineering leadership on quarterly priorities — translating technical constraints into business language and business needs into engineering requirements
• Write product narratives (PRFAQs, BRDs, technical specs) that withstand scrutiny from both senior business leaders and principal engineers

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner

Pay

USA, WA, Bellevue - 161,900.00 - 219,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
