Principal Product Manager, Agentic Operations
before any heading? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should only use those headings. We can include a
before first heading for company overview. That's allowed. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no h3 for "Principal Product Manager". Good. We need to include Responsibilities section with bullet list from "Key Responsibilities:" lines. Include each bullet as
- .
Pay and Schedule: not provided, so omit those sections.
Qualifications and Skills: not separate; maybe we can combine into Requirements? But we have Requirements already. Could also have Skills but not explicit. We'll omit Qualifications and Skills if no specific content.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the Interview Policy & Privacy Notice paragraph, the About CCC's Commitment to Employees paragraph? That is somewhat boilerplate but includes values; maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's about company commitment; could be considered substantive? It's generic values; but it's part of posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About CCC's Commitment to Employees:" is not exactly legal; it's about values. Might be okay to keep? However it's somewhat generic; but it's not duplicated. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it unless it's considered boilerplate. It's not legal/EEO; it's about values. I'd keep it as a paragraph maybe under a heading? Could be under "About the role"? But it's about company commitment, not role. Could be a separate section like "About CCC" but not in allowed headings. Could just put as a
after company overview before responsibilities. We also need to remove the line "Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com." That's maybe okay to keep as part of company overview. We also need to remove the "Here, you belong..." paragraph etc. That's also values; maybe keep? It's somewhat fluff but still substantive? It's about culture. Might be considered boilerplate but not legal. Safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This paragraph is not those. So keep. But we need to avoid duplication: there are repeated sentences about "Together everyone can thrive" etc. We'll keep as is. Now craft HTML. Structure:

About the role
The RoleWe are hiring a Principal Product Manager to build CCC’s Agentic Operations for Auto Insurance Claims product line from the ground up. This is a new product line focused on AI agents that can carry claims work end to end and take action within the workflows carriers already use to run their business. This role is ideal for a product leader who is energized by zero-to-one product building, complex enterprise workflows, regulated environments, and the opportunity to define how agentic AI can safely and effectively operate in high-stakes claims processes.
But note the text "The RoleWe are hiring..." missing space. We'll keep as is but maybe add a space after "Role". However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can keep exactly as given but maybe add a space for readability? That would be altering content. Better to keep exactly as given: "The RoleWe are hiring a Principal Product Manager...". That's okay. But we already have a paragraph about company; we could combine role description under About the role heading. Now Responsibilities:Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial case for a new agentic product line, from first concept through market validation
- Decide what the agents actually do: which claims workflows they take end to end, where a human stays in the loop, and how much autonomy they earn as evidence comes in
- Set the quality and safety bar (evals, guardrails, escalation paths, audit trails) and work out what a carrier needs to see before it will let an agent touch a live claim
- Work with senior claims executives at major carriers to find the problems worth solving and test product ideas against them. CCC's relationships get you the meeting; what happens next is on you
- Sell it yourself. Build the pitch, the pricing story, and the proof points with sales, customer success, and product marketing, and be in the room when it lands or doesn't
- Write code and build working agents alongside your engineers, using AI coding tools as a core part of how you work
- Set value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for every bet, and have the discipline to walk away from work that isn't landing
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or high-production SaaS environment
- At least one 0-to-1 product build, ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment
- Deep experience in at least one complex, regulated vertical
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-driven products; experience with LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred
- Track record of working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to validate product direction
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and learning over extensive upfront planning
- Experience delivering results in a sales/GTM context, personally carrying a product into the market and communicating well with everyone from end users to C-level executives
Benefits
- 401K Match
- Paid time off
- Annual Incentive Plan Performance Bonus
- Comprehensive health insurance
- Adoption Assistance
- Tuition Reimbursement
- Wellness Programs
- Stock Purchase Plan options
- Employee Resource Groups
section without heading? Or maybe under a heading "About CCC"? Not allowed. Could just add as a
after benefits. Let's include:

CCC offers competitive compensation and benefits to support you and your families, including: ...
but we already used benefits list; we might duplicate. Better to keep the values paragraph separate from benefits list. The benefits list we already extracted from the sentence "CCC offers competitive compensation and benefits to support you and your families, including:" then list. The values paragraph is separate. Thus after benefits we can add awith the values paragraph and the "Here, you belong..." paragraph. Let's extract exactly: "About CCC's Commitment to Employees: CCC Intelligent Solutions understands that our employees play an integral role in our vision to shape a world where life just works. Our team is defined by our values of Integrity, Customer-Focus, Innovation, Inclusion & Diversity, Tenacity, and Connection. At CCC, together everyone can thrive as we innovate and collaborate, creating employee experiences that just work. We are committed to providing opportunities for our people to make real-life impacts, advance in their careers, and contribute to CCC’s success." Then after that: "CCC offers competitive compensation and benefits to support you and your families, including: 401K MatchPaid time offAnnual Incentive Plan Performance BonusComprehensive health insuranceAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementWellness ProgramsStock Purchase Plan optionsEmployee Resource Groups For more information about our benefits, please check out our careers site. We already used the benefits list; we should not repeat the sentence "CCC offers competitive compensation and benefits..." as heading; we already have Benefits section with list. The remaining fluff after benefits list: "For more information about our benefits, please check out our careers site. Here, you belong. You are seen, valued, and respected. We celebrate you for who you are and all you bring. Every voice is heard and is important to our success. You can hear what employees have to say about our culture here If you require reasonable accommodation to complete a job application, please contact (800) 621-8070." We should remove application instructions line: "If you require reasonable accommodation to complete a job application, please contact (800) 621-8070." That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "For more information about our benefits, please check out our careers site." That's maybe navigation;
