Principal Product Management - Tech, Amazon Kids
About the role
The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3–12 and their caregivers. Kids+ is available across Amazon Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindles and is an integral component to Kids Edition Devices (Tablet, Echo, and Kindle) which are built from the ground up just for children. As the Principal Product Manager for Amazon Kids Subscriptions, you will be responsible for making Kids+ a great experience for customers regardless of whether they use one device or many.

Basic qualifications
- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Technical product management experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Compensation
Base salary range: $179,900 – $243,400 USD annually (Seattle, WA, USA). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
