Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategy for engineering platforms and AI productivity tools
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for developer productivity and AI integrations
- Partner with engineering leads to unblock delivery and incorporate user feedback into product requirements
- Lead strategic direction for AI tooling, including migration planning and skill creation
- Monitor engineering productivity using DORA metrics to identify and drive improvements
- Advocate for the company’s product vision across business units and the industry
- Foster an innovation culture through user research and effective communication of product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience or Master's degree with 12 years of experience
- Proven history of delivering technical products within cloud platforms, SaaS, or infrastructure
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle for complex, distributed systems
- Track record of facilitating delivery across engineering and operations for large-scale platforms
- Ability to define and track product metrics to guide prioritization and show business impact
- Familiar with tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and modern AI coding assistants
