Principal Product Management Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for engineering platforms and AI productivity tools
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for developer productivity and AI integrations
• Partner with engineering leads to unblock delivery and incorporate user feedback into product requirements
• Lead strategic direction for AI tooling, including migration planning and skill creation
• Monitor engineering productivity using DORA metrics to identify and drive improvements
• Advocate for the company’s product vision across business units and the industry
• Foster an innovation culture through user research and effective communication of product roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience or Master's degree with 12 years of experience
• Proven history of delivering technical products within cloud platforms, SaaS, or infrastructure
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle for complex, distributed systems
• Track record of facilitating delivery across engineering and operations for large-scale platforms
• Ability to define and track product metrics to guide prioritization and show business impact
• Familiar with tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and modern AI coding assistants
