Responsibilities
- Architect the design vision across the company’s core product experiences
- Drive design quality and craft standards through collaboration and critique
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to inform early-stage roadmaps
- Lead complex design challenges from inception to execution
- Build scalable design systems for cross-team coherence
- Mentor senior designers, fostering skill development and confidence
- Influence stakeholders with clarity on product and design strategy
- Represent design in cross-functional planning to align priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product design experience, especially in consumer or B2B SaaS where design is key to strategy
- Strong portfolio showcasing advanced design craft and systems thinking
- Track record of leading complex, multi-year design initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience influencing product and engineering at the senior leadership level
- Deep understanding of scalable design systems and their foundational decision-making
- Expertise in products at the intersection of human behavior and technology, especially AI
- Exceptional communication skills that translate complex ideas for any audience
- Curiosity about integrating AI into design processes
