Responsibilities
- Optimize dip molding processes and polymer materials for medical-grade catheters.
- Integrate advanced dip-coating/molding equipment and biocompatible elastomer/thermoplastic material capabilities to meet target specifications for vascular surgical catheters.
- Lead the end-to-end development, tooling design, and scale-up of dip molding manufacturing lines for catheters, including mandrel design, polymer rheology management, curing/drying profile optimization, and automated stripping systems.
- Drive improvements in production yields by specializing in the optimization of dip molding processes and polymer material science.

Requirements
- BS in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in process engineering or related field.
- Experience with statistical process control and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of biocompatible elastomer and thermoplastic materials.
- Experience with dip molding processes and polymer materials for medical applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
