Principal Process Associate (Intelligent Automation Engineer)
About the role
The Principal Process Associate will join the Finance Product and Data Solutions team, working collaboratively to support the Finance organization. Key responsibilities include designing and scaling intelligent automation workflows, utilizing best practices to optimize business processes, and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Designs and scales cognitive workflows and data compliance tracking
- Expands the automated bot ecosystem
- Gathers requirements, builds, tests, and deploys intelligent automation workflows and cognitive solutions
- Optimizes business processes using ML and AI to reduce incident handling time, change implementation time, and service delivery
- Creates monitoring and analytics solutions for automated workflows
- Develops processes, procedures, guidelines, and standards for intelligent automation
- Mentors junior team members in intelligent automation best practices
- Manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in process management
- At least 2 years of experience with Git or GitHub
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Technology Project Delivery experience
- At least 2 years of Automation Engineering experience
- At least 1 year of experience with modern Intelligent Automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Python)
- Experience with integrating cognitive API services (OCR, NLP, or Generative AI)

Pay
Salaries for this role vary by location, ranging from $98,900 to $124,300 annually. Incentives may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives, depending on the plan.
Schedule
This role is full-time and eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
