Principal Post Sales Solution Consultant

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Principal Post Sales Solution Consultant. This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster advisory-level engagement
• Analyze customer feedback to assess solution performance and align with product innovations
• Lead Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes to reinforce value and align on priorities
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by leading proof of concept efforts
• Promote adoption of new models and features based on performance metrics
• Address customer inquiries about scoring decisions and provide actionable insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in customer management or sales engineering
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements involving analytics and enterprise software
• Proven ability to negotiate priorities with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger
• Skill in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Familiarity with fraud risk management and regulatory standards

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
