Principal PMT, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery
About the role
The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a talented Principal Tech Product Manager with required prior experience in Personalization, Recommendations, and intelligent content discovery experience to help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision of the product experience customers have with Personalization, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision.
- Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.
- Build fully personalized experiences, ideally in streaming media or related domains.
Requirements
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, WA, SEATTLE - 179,900.00 - 243,400.00 USD annually
