We need to output HTML fragment with sections only where content exists. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description and extract sections. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about Remitly, mission, looking for builders, etc. This could be "About the role" maybe? Actually "About the role" heading is for description of role. The intro includes company mission and description of role. We'll put that under About the role. - Then description of responsibilities: "We are hiring a Principal People Partner, based in Seattle, to report to our Director, People Partners and support a portfolio of Remitly's most technical and fastest-moving organizations. This is a unique opportunity for a builder. As Remitly enters its next phase of growth, you will help design the next version of our organization — a more AI-enabled, global, and multi-product company. You'll partner closely with business leaders to identify gaps and create mechanisms to move faster, scale effectively, and win in increasingly competitive markets. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a bias for action. You'll bring a forward-looking perspective, challenge the status quo, and help translate business strategy into organizational outcomes that enable long-term growth. This is a senior individual contributor role." Then there are sections: Business Partnership, Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy, Talent, Performance & Leadership, Employee Relations & Organizational Health, Strengthen the People Partners Craft. These are responsibilities. Could be grouped under Responsibilities heading with subpoints? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to list duties as
  • . Could list each bullet as a duty. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe experience), Qualifications (maybe skills?), Skills (maybe skills & mindset), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "Experience What You Bring" which includes experience requirements. That's Requirements. We have "Skills & Mindset" which includes skills. We have "Compensation Details" includes Pay. We have "Our Benefits" includes Benefits. We have "Our Connected Work Culture" includes Schedule (hybrid work expectations: onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week). Also mention additional onsite attendance may be required. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Qualifications maybe not separate; we could combine Requirements and Qualifications but instruction says use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have both Requirements (experience) and Skills (mindset). Could treat Skills as Qualifications? But we have both Skills & Mindset and Experience. Could map Experience to Requirements, Skills & Mindset to Skills. Qualifications maybe not needed. We must not create empty sections. Now we need to extract content precisely. Let's extract About the role: The initial paragraph(s) before "We are hiring a Principal People Partner". Actually the first paragraph: "At Remitly, we believe everyone deserves the freedom to access, move, and manage their money wherever life takes them. Since 2011, we’ve tirelessly delivered on our promise to customers sending money globally, providing secure, simple, and reliable ways to manage their money with peace of mind. We’re looking for builders, reimaginers, and global thinkers who want to work at the intersection of technology, trust, and transformation. If you’re excited to redefine how work gets done through AI, automation, and operational excellence, we’d love to meet you." That's about company and role. Could be About the role. Then the next sentence: "We are hiring a Principal People Partner, based in Seattle, to report to our Director, People Partners and support a portfolio of Remitly's most technical and fastest-moving organizations. This is a senior individual contributor role." That seems like responsibilities as well. But we can treat the first paragraph as About the role, and then responsibilities list. Now responsibilities: The bullet-like sections: Business Partnership, Organizational Design & Workforce Strategy, Talent, Performance & Leadership, Employee Relations & Organizational Health, Strengthen the People Partners Craft. Each has multiple sentences. We need to convert each to
  • items. Could combine each heading as a duty description. We must preserve all substantive info; we can keep the sentences as is inside
  • . Now Requirements: "Experience What You Bring" bullet points: - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant time as a senior HRBP in a high-growth tech or fintech environment - Proven track record as the senior-most People Partner to a technical organization — engineering, product, or data — influencing at the leadership table without positional authority - Experience partnering with multiple senior leaders at once, and prioritizing well across a broad, ambiguous portfolio - Track record of building mechanisms and tools utilizing AI - Deep expertise in Employee Relations, including complex investigations, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employment law compliance - Strong background in organizational design and change management in fast-paced, ambiguous environments - Experience owning full talent management cycles: performance, succession, leadership development, and engagement - Experience supporting 0→1 or incubation teams, and comfort with the difference between running a new bet and running a mature org We'll list each as
  • . Now Skills & Mindset: - AI-curious and tech-forward. Comfort with AI tools and people analytics platforms, and a record of using data to drive smarter decisions, not just to report on them - Systematic thinker with a data-driven approach to spotting trends, diagnosing root causes, and measuring impact - Strong business acumen. You understand how the business makes money and connect people strategy directly to business outcomes - Courageous and direct. You give honest feedback at every level, including up, and you do it with care - High tolerance for ambiguity and changing business direction. You create clarity in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment - Mission-aligned. You connect with what Remitly is doing for its customers and their communities We'll list each as
  • . Now Benefits: "Our Benefits" list: - Flexible paid time off - Health, dental, and vision + 401k plan with company matching - Paid parental, medical, military and family care leave - Mental Health & Family Forming Benefits - Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - Continuing education benefits We'll list each as
  • . Now Pay: "Compensation Details": "The starting base salary range for this position is typically $148,000 - $175,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. Your recruiter can share more information about medical benefits offered, as well as other financial benefits and total compensation components offered with this role." We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll put that as

under Pay heading. Now Schedule: "Our Connected Work Culture: Driving Innovation, Together At Remitly, we believe that true innovation sparks when we come together. Our Connected Work Culture fosters dynamic in-person collaboration, where ideas ignite and challenging problems find solutions faster. Under the Company's current hybrid-work expectations, employees in this position work onsite Tuesday through Thursday each week. Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs, and the Company may modify its hybrid-work expectations from time to time. These intentional in-office moments are vital for deepening relationships, fueling creativity, and ensuring your impact is felt where it matters most." We'll put that as

under Schedule heading. We must remove boilerplate: E-Verify, EEO, equal opportunity, etc. At end there is "Remitly is an E-Verify Employer ..." and equal opportunity statements. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment with headings

    and content. Structure:
