We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings present: About the role? The description includes a paragraph about company and role. We can treat that as About the role? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The description paragraph after "Description At Northrop Grumman..." includes overview of company and role. That's substantive. So we can have

We have:
- About the role: The description paragraph after "Description At Northrop Grumman..." includes overview of company and role. That's substantive. So we can have About the role
with
containing that description. - Responsibilities: There's a "Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following" list. So we need
Responsibilities
with- items.
- Requirements: There's "Basic Qualifications For Level 3" and "Basic Qualifications For Level 4". That's requirements. Could be under Requirements heading. Could also separate Qualifications? The instruction lists Qualifications as possible heading. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to decide. The posting includes "Basic Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". So we could have a
Qualifications
with sub-sections? But we must not invent headings not listed? The allowed headings list includes Qualifications. So we can put qualifications there. However we also have "Requirements" heading allowed. Might be better to use Requirements for basic qualifications and Qualifications for preferred? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine both basic and preferred under Qualifications. But we need to preserve all info. Let's think: The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including basic and preferred), Benefits, Pay. Also maybe Schedule? Not mentioned. Travel: 10% of the Time is mentioned under description? Actually there is a line: "TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time". That's travel info, not schedule. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role paragraph. Clearance info also could be part of Qualifications (as requirement). Relocation assistance line also could be in Benefits? Actually relocation assistance is a benefit. So we could include that in Benefits. Pay: There's salary ranges. So we need Pay section. Benefits: There's mention of flexible work arrangements, learning opportunities, etc., plus benefits/healthcare, 401K matching, etc. So we can have Benefits. Schedule: Not specified besides travel 10% time. No explicit schedule like full-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Now we need to extract content. About the role: The paragraph starting "Description At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities..." up to before "Responsibilities Include". Let's capture that. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the description text exactly as given (maybe trimmed). Let's copy: "Description At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is currently seeking either a Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 3 or a Senior Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 4 to join our team! This position will be located on site in El Segundo, CA, Palmdale, CA, or Rancho Bernardo, CA. The Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 3 will perform fairly complex tasks and participate in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedules and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. The Senior Principal Price/Cost Proposal Analyst Level 4 will perform assignments that are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objective and approaches to assignment. The selected candidate will evaluate supplier proposals through various analysis techniques (such as similar product comparisons, analogous products, parametric estimating, cost estimating relationships, and bottom-up estimating) to assess a fair and reasonable position, which is documented in a price/cost analysis report (PCAR). The Proposal Analyst will encounter various contract types, such as fixed price, cost type, and indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. This role will collaborate across multiple functions such as Contracts, Pricing & Estimating, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, and Program Management to prepare and submit high quality, compliant and on-time PCARs to support customer commitments and company financial goals." We need to ensure we don't include the heading "Description". We'll just put the text. Now Responsibilities: list after "Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following". Items: - Perform a price and cost analysis to evaluate the direct and indirect labor rates, overheads, general and administrative expenses, cost of money and any other factors used in supplier’s proposal, including any economic factors applied to period of performance or effort, and incorporate the findings into the PCAR - Performing cost estimating/pricing reviews and analysis in accordance with industry best practices, solicitation instructions, customer requirements and USG regulatory requirements - Conducting research into market and historical data and developing cost estimating models to evaluate price reasonableness and develop negotiation positions with subcontractors - Compiling information from periodicals, catalogs, and other sources to stay informed on regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, etc.), price trends and manufacturing processes - Conferring with suppliers and analyzing suppliers' operations to determine factors that affect prices - Issuing requests for information (RFI) and fact-finding questions to suppliers and participating in fact-finding meetings to review bases of estimates (BOEs) and source documentation - Requesting DCMA/DCAA assist audits where applicable - Interfacing with responsible engineers regarding the integration of technical evaluations into the cost analysis when appropriate - Preparing and presenting data for Supply Chain Management review to establish negotiation objective positions; Providing negotiation support through subcontract award - Maintaining records and supporting data used and provided in support of proposals We need to preserve each as - . Ensure we keep punctuation.
