About the Team

Our Government Services team provides cleared resources with a global reach to federal civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), and intelligence community markets. We excel at delivering innovative, operationally ready, and cost-effective IT solutions that accelerate the interoperability and resiliency of mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the principal network architect responsible for evaluating and optimizing enterprise network designs.
  • Reviews and analyzes current network architecture, performance metrics, and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and assess capacity for current and future business needs.
  • Designs and recommends scalable architectural improvements focused on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Ensures all network solutions align with long-term strategic and organizational objectives.
  • Conducts ongoing research into emerging technologies, including new hardware, software, and protocols.
  • Performs technical evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and proof-of-concept testing to validate proposed innovations.
  • Provides expert technical leadership within the work group, leveraging deep knowledge in specialized technology domains.

Requirements

  • Secret clearance required
  • Typically requires 12+ years of relevant network engineering or architecture experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field
  • Possesses an industry-recognized advanced networking certification
  • OEM: Cisco, Juniper CTP

Location: Alexandria, VA (hybrid remote 2-3 days/week)

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $185,000.00 to $195,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
