Principal Mining Digital Transformation Program Manager

About the role

As a Principal in the Mining Center of Excellence, you will manage significant projects for ES clients to shape, plan, and implement strategic programs in mining and technology, engaging with decision makers to define charters, business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, and design/deliver solutions while providing proactive leadership and building long‑term relationships.

• Build long‑term relationships with client business and technology leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts.
• Work with clients on transformation strategies (Advisor role).
• Analyze operational capabilities, processes, people, and systems to identify gaps.
• Focus on improving short‑term performance.
• Meet client long‑term strategic objectives.
• Stay conversant with market trends, fundamentals of Mining, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies.
• Drive Mining business transformations to deliver measurable value and outcomes (Orchestrator role).
• Engage with on‑site Business and technology stakeholders to drive consensus.
• Coordinate transformations across multiple work streams (Mining Solutions development, Data Strategy, Organization & Change Management, Value Realization, etc.).
• Work closely with the globally distributed development team to mitigate risks.
• Maximize project outcomes for the client.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Work Location: Tucson, AZ 85718 (Hybrid).
