Principal Medical Writer - Publications

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Principal Medical Writer - Publications to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion of complex medical writing deliverables with clarity and accuracy
• Manage writing activities for studies, defining strategy and coordinating across departments
• Advise clients on data presentation to meet quality standards
• Conduct quality reviews and manage documents for accuracy and relevance
• Mentor less experienced writers and provide peer reviews for clarity and quality
• Interact with cross-functional teams to advance project objectives
• Identify issues and propose solutions, contributing to internal process improvements

Requirements

• 6+ years in medical or scientific writing in biopharma or CRO industry
• Proficient with FDA, ICH regulations, and good publication practices
• Extensive experience with various medical writing document types
• Strong English grammar skills and familiarity with AMA Manual of Style
• Experience mentoring junior writers on complex projects

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
