Startup business unit adding a principal to build out a datacenter team. We're standing up a mission-critical/data center practice from the ground up — building the team, standards, and processes before the volume arrives, so our first projects are executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design standards, Revit/Navisworks templates, and QA/QC procedures
• Partner closely with electrical so both disciplines produce one consistent set of drawings and standards
• Contribute to existing energy and power generation work while the data center pipeline develops
• 15–20% travel once projects are live

Qualifications

• Principal/Lead Mechanical Engineer experience
• Background in mission-critical facility design
• CFD analysis experience a strong plus — an in-house capability we're looking to build

Pay

$180,000 - $250,000 per year
