Responsibilities
- Produced precision machined parts from engineering data.
- Be proficient with all aspects of the Machining craft and equipment and tooling required to accomplish complex machining tasks.
- Work with very little or no technical oversight.
- Provide guidance to junior staff in an effort to enhance their skill base and career development.
- Knowledgeable about GD&T and blue print reading.
- Produce parts with a very low scrap rate and maintain a record of very low non-conforming items.
- Take initiative to engage with clients and establish a reputation of being the subject matter expert as it relates to the Precision Machining Craft.
- Work well within a team environment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 10-15 years: Precision machining activities.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to ITAR work in section.

Pay
