Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, researchers, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute MRD testing strategies that meet clinical and research needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on the interpretation of MRD test results and their implications for patient care and treatment decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in MRD testing technologies and contribute to the development of new solutions.
  • Present findings at industry conferences and publish research in peer-reviewed journals to advance the field of MRD testing.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative MRD testing strategies.
  • Experience in working with hematological diseases and a deep understanding of MRD testing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in molecular biology techniques and technologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for MRD testing.
  • Experience in academic or industry settings conducting MRD research and testing.
