About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects
• Design and optimize machine learning models for text data classification
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities with business strategies
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance in machine learning
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to enhance AI solution effectiveness

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field
• 6 years of relevant technical experience in machine learning
• 3 years of practical experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ
• Strong skills in using caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached
• Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries including scikit-learn and Numpy

Pay

$177,000 – $217,000 annually
