Responsibilities
- Implements machine learning (ML) models for production, ensuring readiness for deployment.
- Automates machine learning workflows, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), model deployment, and monitoring to establish continuous integration and delivery of ML solutions.
- Creates infrastructure and frameworks to monitor the performance and alignment of trained models with design criteria.
- Proactively monitors deployed models, troubleshoots issues independently or collaborates with Data Science teams.
- Develops novel metrics to provide analytical insights for non-technical stakeholders on model performance.
- Evaluates potential data quality issues (e.g., bias, fairness), data security, and privacy impacts on modeling.
- Performs data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature identification to prepare for model training.
- Collaborates with stakeholders (e.g., data scientists, software developers) to integrate ML models into new or existing systems.
- Provides expert troubleshooting and debugging support for ML infrastructure and workflows, creating robust solutions to prevent future issues.
- Develops, maintains, and refines tools, platforms, and services for internal use.
- Writes efficient, bug-free, medium-complexity code from scratch and maintains existing codebases.
- Implements best practices for version control, code review, and deployment.
- Builds and maintains professional documentation for technical processes, including experimentation, data collection, and model building.
- Tests and reviews code for bugs.
- Manages and coordinates moderately complex tasks, monitoring timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Delegates, monitors, and prioritizes work across multiple projects, providing technical oversight.
- Collaborates across the organization to align on expectations and achieve shared objectives.
- Leverages understanding of business leaders, stakeholders, and customers to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Supports inclusivity by actively seeking and listening to diverse perspectives.
- Identifies and addresses moderately complex issues, analyzing data to propose solutions.

Pay
Hiring range in USD: $126,200 - $264,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
