About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning for the Legal organization
  • Develop financial reporting and dashboards that provide insights into legal expenditures
  • Collaborate with Legal leaders and enterprise stakeholders for financial analysis and recommendations
  • Monitor financial performance and support resource planning
  • Establish financial governance processes to ensure data accuracy and transparency
  • Utilize ELM and e-billing technologies for reporting and operational decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial and operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Operations, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations, financial planning and analysis, business operations, financial operations, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Strong background in legal spend management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytics
  • Proven experience in complex enterprise environments, particularly in business or financial operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and convert complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative experience across various functions and leadership levels
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Legal Management and e-billing technologies, such as TeamConnect or CounselLink

Pay

$130,100 – $216,900 annually
