Principal Leadership & Change Specialist
About the role

As a Principal Leadership & Change Specialist, you will partner with multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior clients across industries to deliver transformative leadership strategies and organizational solutions that drive breakthrough impact.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping to shape leadership capabilities, culture, and change management initiatives that enable sustainable business performance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Oliver Wyman partners, client executives, and cross-functional teams including strategy, operations, technology, and human capital experts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, executive coaching, and organizational transformation initiatives that align leadership behaviors with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate leadership strategies with broader organizational transformation initiatives.
- Communicate complex leadership concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and frontline managers.
- Mentor and develop internal and client talent to build leadership capacity and capability.
- Foster inclusive leadership practices that enhance team collaboration and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, partners, and internal experts to co-create impactful solutions.
- Travel 50%+ to client locations and Oliver Wyman offices where and as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational consulting.
- Proven experience advising senior executives and leadership teams on strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a track record of developing leaders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Ability to design and deliver leadership programs tailored to client needs and business context.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust, collaboration, and open dialogue.
- Familiarity with science- and data-driven approaches to leadership assessment and development.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion as a driver of leadership excellence.
Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors: Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare Payors and Providers, Insurance and/or Asset Management, Transportation and/or Industrial Services.

- Integrating leadership development with digital transformation and agile ways of working.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $195K-$265K. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Schedule
All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
