Key job responsibilities
- Write technical keynote scripts that effectively communicate AWS products and services across re:Invent and other major tech events
- Develop compelling storylines that break down complex cloud computing concepts
- Collaborate with executives and product teams to identify key technical themes and messaging
- Produce high-quality video content and presentations that meet Amazon's high bar
- Work with design teams on multimedia elements, including animations and interactive demos
- Available to work across time zones with a globally distributed team

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing
- Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree, or Cloud Technology Certification
- 7+ years of experience in technical content creation and storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical writing in a relevant field
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience with AWS products and services
- Experience reading and understanding complex code
- Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
