About the role

As Principal, Internal Communications, you will lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Design and execute internal communications campaigns to promote company initiatives and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful internal communication campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital communication platforms and tools
