Principal - Industry Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy on complex telecom policy and compliance matters
• Advises executive leadership and represents the company before regulatory entities
• Maintains awareness of relevant legislation and shares insights with leadership to shape strategy
• Drafts public comments and technical briefs for FCC proceedings
• Researches and designs telecom frameworks to combat fraud and advises foreign authorities
• Solves complex regulatory and policy issues through creative problem solving

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom regulatory affairs with local, state, and federal agencies
• Proven track record in leading regulatory strategy and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong knowledge of FCC and state regulatory commission regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of interpersonal skills for cross-level interactions
