About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Manage team performance and professional development, fostering a positive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with international projects a plus.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
