About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Manage team performance and professional development, fostering a positive work environment.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with international projects a plus.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
