We need to output HTML fragment with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First part: "About you: ..." includes fluff about company, purpose, beliefs, diversity, etc. This is likely "About the role"? Actually "About you" is more about company culture. Could be considered "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have sections: - About the role: maybe the "About you" and "Our purpose and beliefs" etc. That's descriptive about company and role context. We'll include that as About the role. - Responsibilities: there is a "Skills and Responsibilities:" then "Responsibilities:" with a long list. We'll extract that list. - Requirements: maybe "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:" includes knowledge/qualification/training/certification etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we need to decide: The posting includes "Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:" bullet list. Also "Behavior/ Core Competencies:" and "HSSEQ:" etc. Could be Qualifications. - Skills: maybe the "Skills and Responsibilities" includes skills list? Actually there is a "Skills and Responsibilities:" heading then "Responsibilities:" then later "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:" includes knowledge/skills etc. Also "Communication:" and "Behavior/ Core Competencies:" etc. Might be better to split: Responsibilities section for duties; Skills section for skills list; Requirements for education/experience; Qualifications for certifications etc. But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. However we need to include all substantive info. Could combine some. Let's identify substantive content blocks: 1. About you / company purpose: paragraphs about joining us, purpose, beliefs, diversity, inclusion, etc. This is substantive. 2. About the job: "Kent is looking for a Principal I&C Engineer to be based in Corpus Christi, TX. You will interact with other disciplines..." This is role description. 3. Responsibilities: long list after "Responsibilities:" (starting with "Provides project discipline engineering leadership..."). 4. Skills and Responsibilities heading also includes maybe skills? Actually after "Skills and Responsibilities:" they list "Responsibilities:" then later "Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:" includes knowledge/skills etc. Then "Communication:" and "Behavior/ Core Competencies:" etc. Thus we can structure: - About the role: combine the "About you" and "About the job" paragraphs (company purpose, role location, interaction). - Responsibilities: the big list. - Requirements: education, experience, licensure, site visit experience, etc. (Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years, P.E. license, site visit experience, broad range of experience, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe the specific technical competencies: DCS, SIS, ICSS, PLC, loops, etc., plus knowledge of standards, etc. Also "Communication:" and "Behavior/ Core Competencies:" could be Skills. - Skills: maybe the communication and behavior competencies. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract each piece. First, "About you" paragraph: "Join us. Unleash your energy within. If you have world-class ambitions to reach the stars while keeping your feet on the ground, we’re the team for you. We've created a new breed of company – future-focused with reimagined ambition across all disciplines within the energy sector. We love people who know their own potential and are not afraid to use it. We know that together, we’re far more than the sum of our parts. So, we celebrate people who want to grow and develop as we work together on some of the largest projects on the energy world stage. We are committed to our diverse and inclusive community – a place where we can all be ourselves, thrive and develop. From day one, we offer a range of family-friendly, inclusive employment policies, flexible working arrangements, and employee networks to support staff from different backgrounds. As an Equal Opportunities Employer, we value applications from all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. We’re a disability-friendly employer and can make adjustments to support you to perform at your best during the recruitment process." We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove sentences about Equal Opportunities Employer, disability-friendly employer, etc. That is EEO boilerplate. So we should strip those sentences. Thus keep: "Join us. We are committed to our diverse and inclusive community – a place where we can all be ourselves, thrive and develop. From day one, we offer a range of family-friendly, inclusive employment policies, flexible working arrangements, and employee networks to support staff from different backgrounds." Now "Our purpose and beliefs:" section: "As Kent, we’re tackling the greatest challenge of our time - to bring our world the energy it needs in the most responsible way ever imagined. It’s the energy of every member of our team driven by our beliefs that is making this happen. Whatever our skill, our language, or our culture. These beliefs define and direct us every day to be the very best - for ourselves, our clients, our key stakeholders, the communities we operate in and the planet: We PLAY BIG We thrive on EMOTIONAL AGILITY We are FANATICAL ABOUT PERFORMANCE We are built on INFINITE THINKING Read more about the Purpose, Beliefs and Guiding Principles that drive us: Our vision for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging: We recognise that diversity & inclusion are catalysts for success. We’re heightening awareness on the benefits of people diversity, diversity of experiences and diversity of our perspectives. Creating a culture of inclusivity where all employees feel a sense of belonging. Our combined energy is fueled by different nationalities, across 6 continents and 24 countries. Our commitment is to celebrate character – no matter what ethnic background, gender, age, religion, identity, or disability." Again contains diversity/inclusion statements which might be considered EEO boilerplate? It's about diversity and inclusion; maybe we should keep as it's part of company purpose. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. This is about diversity and inclusion; could be considered EEO. Safer to remove? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". The diversity/inclusion statements could be considered EEO boilerplate. However they are part of the company's purpose and beliefs; but they might be considered boilerplate. The safe approach: remove any sentences that mention diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity, disability-friendly, etc. So we should strip those. Thus keep only: "As Kent, we’re tackling the greatest challenge of our time - to bring our world the energy it needs in the most responsible way ever imagined. It’s the energy of every member of our team driven by our beliefs that is making this happen. Whatever our skill, our language, or our culture. Now "About the job:" paragraph: "Kent is looking for a Principal I&C Engineer to be based in Corpus Christi, TX. You will interact with other disciplines and departments, corporate technical networks and peers, and vendors/suppliers as needed to successfully execute projects and support construction and procurement. You are responsible for leading engineering activities and the development of technical deliverables to meet the schedule, scope, budget and quality requirements of multi-discipline projects." That's substantive. Now "Skills and Responsibilities:" heading then "Responsibilities:" list. We need to extract the responsibilities list items. The list is a paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We'll convert each sentence into
  • items. Let's copy the responsibilities text: "Provides project discipline engineering leadership on a multi-project team towards the successful completion of projects as assigned so that they are successfully completed and meet the objectives.
