Responsibilities
- Financial management and oversight of multiple federal and state funding sources, including grant tracking, budget monitoring, expenditure reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
- Preparation and submission of Federal Financial Reports (FFRs).
- Medicaid Administrative Claiming (MAC) reporting.
- Financial analysis.
- Maintenance of supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in administering federal and state grants, monitoring grant expenditures, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and supporting grant-funded programs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with demonstrated experience managing complex financial data and reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, and large datasets to support financial reporting, grant management, and reimbursement activities.
- Experience interpreting and implementing federal grant regulations, including Uniform Guidance provisions related to allowable costs, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in federal and/or state grant administration, financial management, and compliance.
- Knowledge of and experience applying Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) requirements.
Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience interpreting and implementing federal grant regulations.
