Responsibilities
- Define a long-term strategy for HRIS and develop a roadmap for Workday
- Cross-functional programs from initial discovery to implementation and ongoing refinement
- Architect integrations to enhance reliability and minimize manual workflows across systems
- Drive complex Workday configurations in key areas such as benefits and security
- Manage the approach to SOX controls and ensure compliance with ITGC
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous needs and guide design discussions
- Create data-informed reports and dashboards to help leadership interpret trends
- Promote the integration of AI and automation to enhance team effectiveness
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday core modules including Human Capital Management and talent performance
- Experience in coordinating multi-functional people technology programs within a public company
- Advanced knowledge of Workday integration design and resilience strategies
- Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and IT general controls compliance
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and clarify design requirements
- Experience navigating ambiguity to create structured, effective solutions
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation for workflow improvement
