Responsibilities

  • Define a long-term strategy for HRIS and develop a roadmap for Workday
  • Cross-functional programs from initial discovery to implementation and ongoing refinement
  • Architect integrations to enhance reliability and minimize manual workflows across systems
  • Drive complex Workday configurations in key areas such as benefits and security
  • Manage the approach to SOX controls and ensure compliance with ITGC
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous needs and guide design discussions
  • Create data-informed reports and dashboards to help leadership interpret trends
  • Promote the integration of AI and automation to enhance team effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in Workday core modules including Human Capital Management and talent performance
  • Experience in coordinating multi-functional people technology programs within a public company
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday integration design and resilience strategies
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and IT general controls compliance
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and clarify design requirements
  • Experience navigating ambiguity to create structured, effective solutions
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation for workflow improvement
