Responsibilities
- Design, test, implement, and administer Workday HRIS and other HR technologies
- Maintain change management documentation for compliance purposes
- Support biannual upgrades and annual HCM processes like performance reviews
- Oversee daily operations and system governance of HRIS modules
- Provide ad-hoc support and resolve issues for end users through the Workday Help system
- Monitor new Workday features and drive adoption plans
- Lead assigned projects through planning, designing, testing, and release phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or significant practical experience in lieu of degree
- 4+ years hands-on configuration experience in multiple HRIS modules
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create and edit business processes, reports, and dashboards effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical contexts
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Proficient in project planning and maintaining composure under pressure
