Key job responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans that accelerate product delivery and customer wins.
- Leverage Knowledge: Use knowledge of the business and global landscape and trends to tailor people-focused solutions and drive business outcomes.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Change Agent: Design, recommend, and implement effective organization structures to ensure they align with business strategy and strengthen culture.
- Evaluate Changes: Create mechanisms for ongoing inspection and adjustment to evaluate if organizational changes have the intended business impact.
- Workforce Plans: Drive strategic workforce plans for an AI-enabled organization, partnering with business leaders to implement these plans.
- Adapt Environments: Support organizations in adapting effectively to changing environments by continuously learning and developing new skills.
- Employee Sentiment: Use employee sentiment and listening mechanisms to identify trends, risks, and hotspots to inform change plans, de-risk the business, and maximize customer experience.
- Experimentation: Support experimentation in people systems that push the limits of what's possible, using data to evaluate effectiveness.
- Leadership Development & Talent Planning: Coach senior leaders to maximize leadership effectiveness, focusing on building product vision, cross-team collaboration, and breaking down organizational silos.
- Strategy Building: Develop a strategy to build the required senior leader skills and establish a diverse pipeline through hiring, build vs. buy, internal development, succession planning, and talent movement.
- Talent Needs Assessment: Assess both long-term and immediate senior leader talent needs and skills to achieve long-term business goals.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with global teams and diverse partners
- Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent
- 7+ years of experience in an HR business partner role or equivalent experience
- Experience partnering directly with VP-level or C-suite technical executives
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational design and workforce planning in a technology environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
- Experience implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics
- Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
- Experience partnering with organizations building a new business from scratch (greenfield product development, new market creation, new operating models)
- 10+ years of broad HR experience with specific depth in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and executive coaching
