Principal Global Sourcing Manager, Critical Minerals & Mining (Germanium)

Responsibilities

• Own the commodity strategy focused on supply chain resilience and quality
• Maintain tiered supply chain mapping from end products to raw materials
• Deliver expert market intelligence and weekly updates on conditions
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with suppliers
• Negotiate key agreements considering volatile market dynamics
• Build relationships with suppliers and government bodies
• Manage supplier performance through NPI-to-MP transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of experience in commodity management and strategic sourcing of critical minerals
• Experience managing geopolitically sensitive supply chains
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international destinations
• Relocation flexibility to Costa Mesa, CA if not currently local
