Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 principal gift prospects to secure $10M+ commitments
- Lead the fundraising strategy for university-wide initiatives like AI and climate research
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish fundraising goals and engagement plans
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising, communication, and volunteer engagement plans
- Cook up prospect strategies and collaborative cultivation efforts across departments
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to engage donors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant fundraising experience
- Demonstrated success in securing major and principal gifts
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and donors
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

$200,766 – $245,380 annually
