Principal Full-Stack Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable enterprise applications using a modern Java, Python, and ReactJS technology stack. This is a highly hands-on Principal-level individual contributor role with technical leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across backend development, frontend engineering, cloud-native microservices, DevSecOps, and Generative AI, along with the ability to drive architecture and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture decisions and establish technical direction.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
• Build Java/Spring Boot microservices, Python services, and ReactJS applications.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and agentic AI into production applications.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from architecture and design through deployment.
• Design event-driven solutions using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Develop and optimize REST APIs, database schemas, and SQL queries.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, security, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce architectural and coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, ML, DevOps, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong Java 17+ / Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate
• Strong ReactJS / Node.js / Bootstrap
• Hands-on Python
• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
• Kafka or RabbitMQ
• REST APIs
• AWS and/or Azure
• SQL / RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

• OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / JWT
• LLMs / Generative AI / RAG / Embeddings
• Agentic AI workflows
• Strong architecture and technical leadership experience

AI / Generative AI Experience

• Practical experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
• Experience building Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience operationalizing AI/ML models in production.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, evaluation, guardrails, data privacy, and hallucination mitigation.
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face is a plus.
