Principal Financial Analyst, International Markets Team

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional for a Principal Financial Analyst position on the International Markets (IM) Financial Planning and Analysis finance team. This role focuses on supporting the IM and US Third Party Issuers (TPI) organizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help partners achieve financial objectives.
• Perform financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist in developing business presentations to communicate ad-hoc analysis or monthly results for senior leadership.
• Clearly articulate analysis outcomes to leadership teams within Finance and Global Payments Network organizations.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks and take full ownership of work.
• Passion for learning and continuously developing traditional FP&A and technical skills.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis.
• 5+ years’ experience with financial modeling.

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role in Riverwoods, IL, are $109,900 - $125,400. Salaries for other locations will vary. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
