Principal Financial Analyst- Endoscopy US Commerical

About the role

This role serves as the strategic finance partner to the US Commercial organization, delivering actionable sales and profitability insights through data-driven analysis to accelerate revenue and margin growth. The role involves leading revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and annual planning for the US business, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving actions to meet revenue commitments. Additionally, the role collaborates with Marketing and Operations to develop and execute pricing and margin improvement initiatives, supports long-range planning and investment decisions through strategic scenario modeling and business case analysis, and proactively navigates change and adapts analyses and priorities to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic finance partner to the US Commercial organization
• Deliver actionable sales and profitability insights through data-driven analysis to accelerate revenue and margin growth
• Lead revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and annual planning for US business
• Identify risks and opportunities and help drive actions to meet revenue commitments
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to develop and execute pricing and margin improvement initiatives
• Serve as a key finance contributor to IBP, including supply/demand alignment, allocations, and inventory management (lifecycle management, rationalization)
• Develop field revenue quotas and deliver performance-to-quota reporting and analysis
• Proactively navigate change and adapt analyses and priorities to evolving business needs
• Support long-range planning and investment decisions through strategic scenario modeling and business case analysis

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
• Nice to Have: BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, improve processes, and multi-task in a high-paced environment
• Strong business acumen: ability to learn/understand the business and influence key stakeholders at various management levels to drive and increase value to the organization
• Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability
• Motivated to work independently with limited manager oversight
• Preference is for position to be based onsite in MN
• Preference for MBA/CPA
• Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

$110,400.00 - $165,600.00 USD
