Principal Field Clinical Procedure Specialist

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain liaison with clinical investigators and research organizations
• Assist in post-procedural follow-ups as necessary
• Review adverse event cases and prepare necessary reports
• Train investigators and site personnel on procedural and technical aspects
• Ensure recruitment and retention of patients for clinical trials

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in technical science, nursing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7 years of experience with healthcare professionals in clinical research or case support
• Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills in achieving company goals
• Excellent communication skills in a hospital environment

Pay

$99,300 – $198,700 annually
