Principal Enterprise Architect – Product-to-Market (P2M)

About the role

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to drive Product-to-Market (P2M) architecture within a retail/fashion environment. This role focuses on integrated planning, composable architecture, and AI-driven marketing capabilities aligned with supply chain and business planning strategies.

Core Requirements

• 10 years in P2M / Supply Chain architecture
• Strong retail domain experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Hands-on experience in Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation
• Experience with Visual Mapping, Space Planning, Size & Pack
• Exposure to Merchandising Planning and Consumer Insights
• Strong knowledge of composable/MACH architecture
• Experience with API-first and event-driven integration patterns
• Cloud-native architecture experience
• Experience applying AI/ML in marketing (personalization, segmentation, propensity models)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current P2M ecosystem and vendor landscape to identify gaps and modernization opportunities
• Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps aligned with business outcomes
• Define integration patterns and data flows across marketing and planning platforms
• Partner with business, engineering, and data teams for vendor evaluation and platform decisions
• Advise on AI-driven use cases such as next-best-action, personalization, and content automation
• Support architecture governance, reviews, and documentation

PREFERRED

• Experience with Agentic AI or LLM-based automation in marketing or employee workflows
• Exposure to composable commerce / MACH principles

• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Collaborative and able to work within established governance frameworks
