About the role
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Adobe Stock team. The Program Manager will oversee features related to search and transformation on Adobe Stock, focusing on user success and enabling image creation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering on product definition and strategy
- Establish success measures and build project plans
- Handle change and risk, collaborating with colleagues to make informed decisions
- Ensure team efficiency by implementing process changes and tracking progress
- Assess technical challenges and mobilize team members to address them
- Facilitate communication across projects and products
- Identify and resolve communication issues and tailor communication to different audiences
- Lead or support multiple projects autonomously, balancing short-term and long-term goals
- Make strategic and tactical decisions for projects, using analytical and quantitative skills
- Take personal responsibility for project completion and meeting defined success criteria
- Communicate effectively, persuading and encouraging others
Requirements
- Solid track record in project management in software, SaaS, or related industries
- A technical degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a similar field is preferred
- Strong listening, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Deep experience working with technical engineering teams, including backlog management
- Ability to drive strategic and tactical decisions for projects
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- Exceptional program management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, product management, and engineering

The expected pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay may vary based on location and performance.
