Principal Engineer, System Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical representation for ADI in the OGA
• Contribute to various aspects of the standard’s technical development
• Grow to become a trusted system-level technical advisor to ADI’s customers, members of the OGA, and OGA work groups
• Extend our product line growth by creating solutions that make ADI GMSL the compelling choice for automotive OEMs

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent listening and perception skills
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and work within a cross-functional team
• 10+ years of work experience with B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with general analog and digital design and system architectures
• Ability to travel up to 2-3 weeks per quarter, including 2-3 international trips/year
• 10+ years of applicable automotive applications, electronics design, or product definition experience
• M.Sc. or Ph. D. degree
• High-speed SerDes or RF systems experience
• Automotive ethernet experience or involvement in other standardized communication systems
• Knowledge of digital video transport
• Knowledge of serial interfaces – I2C, SPI, Ethernet, HDMI
• Functional safety expertise
• Cybersecurity expertise
